We ship products across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Custom stitching orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping: On orders above ₹999 within India.
• Standard shipping: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

We use trusted courier partners including Delhivery, India Post, and other reliable services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time from your account dashboard under "My Orders".

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@amanodhna.com within 48 hours of the delivery attempt. We will file a claim with the courier partner and ensure a resolution.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
