We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price before processing.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products across India. Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner.

6. Exchange & Defective Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Exchange is offered only for defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for detailed terms and the process to request an exchange.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders" or contact our support team.
